A TFT LCD display provides optimum image definition and 3-2 pull-down progressive scanning technology is utilized to ensure a flicker-free image from DVD sources. A 3D digital comb filter negates dot crawl and color interferences, delivering an extremely realistic image quality. All monitor/receivers incorporate both NTSC and 8VSB DTV tuners (compliant to ATSC standards) to allow viewers to receive both normal NTSC programs and also off-air HDTV programs in all ATSC 18 picture formats (480i / 480p / 720i / 1080i). A multi-picture feature also allows the monitoring of dual video sources simultaneously.

Each of these new designs utilize recently developed 2.4 GHz wireless Wi-Fi technology to allow users to stream video/MP3 data from a computer source directly to the receiver, making them the ultimate all-purpose home entertainment center. Also included is an integrated memory card reader that supports all standard media card types (including MMC/SD/CF/MS), allowing consumers the option of viewing high-definition digital photos directly on-screen.
