Puriti™ enhanced LCDs possess a wider color range than conventional LCD displays. A built-in artificial intelligence system analyzes color frequencies and intensity to assure the screen displays the most natural skin tones, and creates the best blacks by automatically compensating for picture detail lost due to poor contrast.

Among its many refinements, Puriti™ processing converts analog signals to a pure digital format, while filtering out noise artifacts. It delivers extraordinarily broad horizontal and vertical viewing angles of 178 degrees, enabling viewers to sit almost anywhere and enjoy a crisp, clear picture. Its 3D De-interlacing and Edge Enhancement capabilities eliminate jagged edges from conventional interlaced video formats, providing smooth edges for moving objects. Its speedy refresh rate empowers LCD panels with the fastest response time in the industry, virtually eliminating delay or ghosting effects. Energy efficient, thanks to advanced lamp technology, Puriti processing also delivers the brightest LCD images in the market for vivid color even in a brightly lit room, and extremely high contrast ratios for rich color representation.

Puriti™ analog to digital compactor
Converts analog signals to pure digital format, also filtering out noises, keeping the purest signal.
 
Wider Color Range
With our new processing system, The Puriti™ video enhancement technology is able to display more color than the conventional LCD TV.

 
Progressive Scan
The Puriti™ processing system buffers and interpolates the odd and even numbered scan lines, resulting in a better quality picture and virtually eliminates flickering.

 
ABLE (Automatic Black Level Expansion)
Automatic Black Level Expansion in the Puriti™ technology detects detail lost due to lack of contrast and automatically corrects it for the best contrast. Other LCD sets cannot do this, so the picture will look washed out.
 
LCD Brightness
Puriti™ LCD provides brighter output. The brightness allows a wider range of color variation and assures the vividness of color even in a brightly lit room.
 
3:2 Pull Down Film Mode De-interlace
The film mode allows only 25 frames per second. This mode is automatically detected initiating 3:2 pull down algorithm to convert the source to 60 frames per second which is the proper video format. There is no loss of quality in this conversion.
 
3D De-interlacing and Edge Enhancement
Eliminates jagged edges from the conventional interlaced video format thereby providing smooth edges on moving objects.
 
Skin Tone Compensation
Puriti™ analyzes color frequencies and adjusts the intensity of colors to represent the most natural skin tone.
